Annual General Meeting

The City on a Hill Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 8 December at 7.30pm (VIC/NSW) / 6.30pm (QLD). The meeting will be hosted locally at each of the following locations:

  • Melbourne: 10 Ievers Terrace, Carlton
  • Melbourne East: 1/430 Huntingdale Road, Mt Waverley
  • Melbourne West: 266 Ballarat Rd, Footscray
  • Melbourne Foothills: TBC

Governance Nominations

Nominations are open for various roles within the Authorised Anglican Congregations (Diocese of Melbourne) including local church council member, wardens, and nominations committee.

To submit a nomination, use the form below and return at least 7 days prior to the AGM.

Meeting Papers and Agenda

The agenda and following meeting papers will be available below within the fortnight prior to the AGM.

This AGM will include reports and presentations from the full City on a Hill Movement, and will have sections that are formally limited to the annual meeting of the Authorised Anglican Congregations.
