The Real Jesus
We’re all chasing the “good life“, have you found it?
Living in Ballarat ticks all the boxes.
But just because you live in a great place doesn’t mean you have life all figured out. Perhaps you’re facing work-pressures, family-responsibilities, relationship-dramas, or money-stresses. Or maybe life is smooth, but you sense there’s something missing. In the midst of ups and downs where exactly is the good life found?
Jesus said, “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”
Maybe you want to investigate Jesus or reconnect with him.
Maybe you’re considering visiting church for the first time, or the first time in a long time.
You are welcome.
Uncover a better way to live with Jesus.
We’re all seeking something. For you it might be authentic community. Joy. Belonging. Spirituality. Purpose.
At City on a Hill: Ballarat we believe that these things are found fully in Jesus.
We’d love for you to join us, no matter your opinions, background, experiences or questions.
There’s so much to love about Ballarat, but we all long for something more. Genuine community, real rest, lasting peace, deep satisfaction can all be so hard to find. We’re convinced that with Jesus, the longing is over. With him, we find what’s missing. Come join us and discover more.

Visit this Sunday
We meet at 10am at Eastwood Leisure Complex, 20 Eastwood St, Ballarat Central.
Come along to one of our friendly gatherings. Every Sunday we meet to hear God’s word, sing, pray and spend time together. Our service has a children’s program for ages 4-12. For smaller children, there is a creche area in church.
Stay for a cuppa after the service, and join us for lunch on the first Sunday of every month.Get Directions
