At City on a Hill Brisbane, our vision is anchored in knowing Jesus and making Jesus known. Our deep desire is to leave a gospel legacy for future generations in Brisbane, by raising up gospel-centred leaders to send into the harvest. One of the most strategic things we can do right now is develop future gospel workers and strengthen discipleship pathways for children and youth.

We’re praying that our Heavenly Father would provide $100,000 to help us take the next steps in that vision. This investment will fund our pipeline of future leaders through MTS, support key roles like a City Kids Coordinator, and position us to plant new churches in Brisbane and beyond. Each of these steps directly contributes to more people hearing, believing, and growing in the good news of Jesus.

Strengthen our Partnership with MTS

Our greatest long-term investment is people. This $40,000 goal strengthens our partnership with the Ministry Training Strategy (MTS), a proven pathway developing future gospel workers in conviction, character, and competence through two-year apprenticeships. Your support directly funds the training and mentorship that prepares men and women for full-time gospel ministry.

Invest in our Next Generations

We believe that children’s ministry isn’t childcare, it’s a vital part of knowing Jesus and making Jesus known. As our church grows, so does the need for intentional, consistent discipleship, not only on Sunday mornings but throughout the week. $60,000 will help fund a dedicated City Kids Worker, ensuring children and families are supported and the next generation is firmly rooted in the gospel.

Fuel Church Planting

Church planting remains the most effective way of reaching the unreached. We rejoice that our vision is advancing, with City on a Hill Gold Coast thriving and preparing for a new plant in the Tweed region. Your investment will help train the men and women who will become future planters and core team members in our ongoing vision of multiplying churches across South East Queensland.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know my gift will be used wisely?

All the money raised will be overseen by the finance committee of the City on a Hill movement and will be used for the purpose which it is given.

Can I give a small amount?

Absolutely. The heart behind the giving counts. Every contribution, big or small, helps send workers into the harvest field and makes you a ‘fellow worker for the truth’ (3 John 1:5-8).

Can I make a tax deductible donation via direct transfer?
